Hi, I’m Sam. I call both Barbados and Trinidad home, travelling between the islands to capture love stories. For over a decade, I’ve been documenting weddings, destination elopements, and the tender moments of lovers, families, and new life.
As a child, I would lose myself in my grandparents’ albums. Pages of faded prints, faces I'd never met but somehow memorised. Photographs that told stories. That sense of nostalgia has never left me. That same feeling guides my work today, I aim to create images that reflect the life you’ve lived, filled with love to be cherished for generations to come.

I’m a disco loving, wear my heart on my sleeve, dance in the middle of the room kind of gal (usually to the legendary mixes of my alter ego, DJSAMINTHESKY).
Born the day after Halloween and named after one of my favourite witches, it only makes sense that I’ve been obsessed with all things spooky since day one.
I'm a self proclaimed crazy cat lady, having rescued more than I can count or remember. My dog Lula and I are wildly outnumbered and we wouldn’t have it any other way
I’ve always been an old soul, drawn to vintage treasures, pieces of someone else’s story, carrying legacies I hope to pass down to generations to come. Much like the photographs that I take.
